On Thursday, October 12th, NPE Board Member Julian Vasquez Heilig will participate on a panel at the 2017 Independent Charter School Symposium titled Charters, Race and Class. Julian will be in conversation with Democrats for Education Reform’s Shavar Jeffries, among others.
