Fulton charter schools try to put founder’s crimes behind them
It’s been nearly six months since Christopher Clemons, who helped found Latin Grammar School and Latin College Preparatory Charter School, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for committing the largest charter school theft in Georgia history.
