Metro council passes resolution opposing Gov. Lee’s school voucher program
“If our state is embarking on a policy of defunding public education, over time, eventually, this body, Metro government, is going to have to make up the difference,” Metro Councilman Clay Capp said Tuesday night. “That’s a matter of central concern to the taxpayer and people of Nashville.”
