NPE Action Endorses Linda Weber for New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District
NPE Action is proud to announce that it is endorsing Linda Weber in the race for the Congressional seat for the 7th District of New Jersey. The first step in the process is for Linda to secure the Democratic nomination in the primary, and NPE Action endorses her as its candidate of choice in that race.
Linda told us, “I will fight for public education, and I will resist Betsy DeVos and her attempts to dismantle and defund our public school system.”
Linda’s views on testing, teacher evaluation and school privatization are aligned with NPE Action’s positions. She is a strong advocate for public schools and a former president of her PTO. She will be a strong voice in Washington for public school teachers, students and schools.
