This holiday season, please remember to give a gift to save public education by donating to NPE.
Right now your gift can have twice the impact. Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor who deeply believes in the importance of public education, every donation between today and December 15 will be matched, up to a total of $10,000.
Give your gift here and our donor will match it.
You can choose to make that donation in honor of a family member, friend or teacher, and they will receive an email from us, notifying them of your gift.
You can even make a special donation in Betsy DeVos’s name. If you do, we will help you send her an email letting her know. It will include our newly released Charters and Consequences report to help her understand how her reckless promotion of school privatization results in mismanagement and fraud.
Make your special DeVos donation by clicking here.
Your donation to the Network for Public Education supports our advocacy work. Donations fund our reports, toolkits, investigations, grassroots group work, email alerts, video series and more. Each year we host, with NPE Action, an annual conference that we heavily subsidize. We provide scholarships to bring activists with financial need to the conference so that they can work and learn together for their common causes–the fight against privatization and the improvement of public schools.
We are happy to announce that our 2018 conference will take place on October 20-21 in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are taking the fight for public education right to a state that has been overrun with charters, online schools, vouchers and other privatization schemes–a state that has systematically starved public education. You donation will help bring activists to Mike Pence’s backyard.
We have other big plans for 2018 as the battle to privatize our public school system pushes forward in nearly every state house. But to continue the fight, we need your help. Give generously here and know that your donation will be generously matched.
Thank you for all you do.
