Tullytown charter school a financial mess, lawsuit alleges
A charter school in Tullytown chartered by the Pennsbury School District is rife with fraudulent and improper financial practices, former Business Manager and Board of Trustees Secretary Terri Sparango alleges in a lawsuit recently filed in Bucks County Court.
