“There’s no demonstrated need for this charter school in Rutherford County,” Rutherford County Commissioner Rhonda Allen said. “They are taking Rutherford County tax dollars, but they have no accountability to any Rutherford County commissioner or the school board or the the citizens of Rutherford County.”
