A jury has convicted an Ohio businessman of bilking $1 million from Florida’s public charter schools. An equal amount may have gone missing in Ohio. But for a second straight year, no elected official — not the governor, the attorney general or Summit County’s top prosecutor — will say whether anyone here is paying attention.
