Michigan fines Detroit charter school over administrator — again
The state has revoked the administrator certification for Sharon McPhail — and fined the charter school where the former Detroit councilwoman serves as a chief administrator — over questions about whether she’s continuing to run the school despite claims by the school that she is no longer functioning as a superintendent.
