Former central Pa. school principal sentenced in tuition fraud case
Leonard Hart, 50, the former head of Lincoln Charter School
in York, was charged in August of 2022 after federal
prosecutors said he stole funds by faking that he was
enrolled in university courses and then seeking
reimbursement from his federally-funded school.
