California Charter Academy fraud case may be ‘close’ to a resolution, says chief assistant district attorney
After 10 years in legal limbo, the California Charter Academy case may be close to a resolution, according to San Bernardino County’s Chief Assistant District Attorney.
The academy’s two top leaders are accused of defrauding taxpayers of millions of dollars. The case has never gone to trial.
