April 20 Day of Action to Prevent Gun Violence in Schools: Act Now

April 20, is the day that the Network for Public Education, along with 41 other national groups, will let our legislators know that they must stand up to the gun lobby and enact meaningful reform to protect students and staff.  Our alliance, Protect our Schools, is organizing activities across the United States.Here is how you can participate.

1. Send an email to Congress that demands that your representatives take action to stop gun violence in schools.  Just click here.

2. Use this excellent Action Alert tool developed by NASSP that allows you to easily call your representatives with a “click.”
