The Charter School, which opened in 1998 and teaches from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade, has weathered four previous renewals. But this time, the Red Bank Board of Education has passed a resolution asking the New Jersey Department of Education to deny the Charter School’s renewal and the Borough Council passed a resolution supporting the Board of Education’s request.
