‘Woefully inadequate’- Local public education supporters seek full public school funding, repeal of private school vouchers

Members of a group supporting Iowa’s public schools are aiming to help return the state’s educational system to the high-ranking status it attained during decades past. The statewide effort, called Public School Strong, is focused on encouraging the repeal of Iowa’s educational savings accounts — also known as the private school voucher program. A panel of three Decorah area residents
