The Louisiana Legislative Auditor (LLA) received complaints regarding Charter Schools
USA’s business practices and the collection of program fees at Red Stick Academy, a
learning pod of Iberville Charter Academy (ICA). We initiated this audit to determine the
validity of these complaints.
